Costs climbed while the work stood still
The listing sites outbid communities for their own prospects, and the only answer was more budget.

Self-driving marketing, built so the people who own the budget stop having to ask for more of it.

A new page, a broken form, a special on the home page. Each one becomes a ticket and a wait.
Prospects ask an assistant and Google answers as one. Agents now read your site to decide what to say about you.
Propmatic takes the work nobody on your team was hired for. The decisions stay with your team.
We have spent years shaping multifamily technology, building companies that have been acquired by Constant Contact, Asset Living, and RealPage. Along the way, we saw how much of an operator’s marketing ends up owned by third parties or a listing site. We built Propmatic so it no longer has to be.

Because costs climbed while the work stood still. Listing sites outbid communities for their own prospects, small changes waited in long queues, and search moved to assistants that read your site to decide what to say about you. We had spent years building multifamily technology and saw how much of an operator’s marketing ended up owned by third parties. Propmatic exists so it no longer has to be.
